supply their clients with a Performance Guarantee Certificate,
and the certificate states in very clear, non-legalize American English
that if the consultant or consulting firm is unable to complete a consulting
engagement for any reason, or the services of the consultant are terminated
by the client, will find another
consultant to complete the engagement to the complete satisfaction of that
client, and if the cost of the replacement consultant exceeds the original
estimate for the project, will
cover all additional charges. |
